HIV/AIDS, one of the biggest killers in the developing countries. HIV can only be transmitted by an infected person transferring bodily fluids to another individual, it cannot be created per se. If it can only be transmitted where did it originate from? A test tube. HIV was man made for population control. It was released by a powerful governing body such as the American/English government. The purpose was to make sure the population of countries such as Africa won't get too high and therefore won't use as many resources which could then be 'better invested' according to the governing body.
